Website & Content Support Premium Care Plan
$99.00 per month – includes up to 1 hour of support. We offer fractional billing in 20-minute increments. Depending on the task, either 20-, 40-, or 60-minutes will be charged. Additional hours will be charged at the prevailing rate and invoiced separately. We use freshbooks.com to manage and invoice additional hours.
This Website & Content Support Plan offers a convenient way to pre-pay for your support services.
Your Website & Content Support Plan includes:
- Simple security scans, updates, and firewall updates
- Content updates
- Website graphics
- Add new photos when required
Cancel any time
You may cancel your Premium Care Plan at any time by logging into your account page or by sending an email to: info@e2mktg.com and requesting a cancelation. You will continue to receive service until your current Premium Care Plan expires. No refunds are offered on canceled Premium Care Plans.
